• Caffeine Anhydrous – a central nervous system stimulant that can improve sports performance and aspects of cognitive function. Caffeine can raise whole-body fat oxidation rates, both at rest and during exercise, and increase daily energy expenditure,
• Beta Alanine supplementation improves performance during high-intensity exercise
  Betaine is an amino acid that has been shown to have potential benefits for fighting heart disease, improving body composition, and helping promote muscle gain and fat loss. This is thought mostly to be due to its ability to promote protein synthesis in the body.
• L-Citrulline Malate supplementation can reduce ratings of perceived exertion, decrease muscle soreness, and increase power output and total repetitions performed in resistance training. Citrulline ingestion can indirectly increase nitric oxide production. In turn, given the role of nitric oxide in vasodilation, mitochondrial respiration, calcium handling, and glucose uptake, greater amounts of nitric oxide can theoretically improve circulatory health and muscle function and reduce fatigue.

Recommended use:

1 level scoop (25ml) = 11-12g (Shake for 10-15 seconds) with 250ml water, according to taste. Add ice if desired.

Sip 20 – 30 minutes before training . Do not exceed recommended dosage within a 24 hour period.

Due to the nature of our ingredients, assess your tolerance, start with half a serving.

Tingling may occur due to Beta-Alanine and Citrulline Malate increasing oxygen flow in the blood stream.

Consult a relevant healthcare provide if you are taking any other medicine or have been diagnosed with a chronic condition. Not for use by those under the age of 18 or those that are sensitive to caffeine. This product contains 300 mg of caffeine per 12g serving. Do not exceed the maximum caffeine daily dose of 300 mg. The use of caffeine may result in sleep deprivation. Limit the use of caffeine containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Beta-alanine may cause pins & needles which generally resolves on its own after 1.5 hours. If sensation does not subside within a few weeks, discontinue the use of this product.
