Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship all orders in Major centres within 2–5 working days, while outlying areas can take longer than five days. We will communicate the potential delay when unforeseen situations occur (such as products that are out of stock). If your delivery address falls under an outlying area, or a high-risk area as specified by The Courier Guy, they may include a surcharge on your delivery. Please supply an alternative address to avoid surcharges.

We only deliver to physical addresses and not P.O box addresses.
If you live in an estate, please ensure that the security is informed and will allow our couriers to enter. Please ensure that you are available to sign for your delivery, otherwise choose an alternative address such as your place of work where you can be available.

We deliver between 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays). No deliveries are made over weekends or public holidays.

To ensure your order is processed as efficiently as possible, please provide a valid street address where somebody will be available to receive the parcel between 08:00 and 17:00. The courier service can unfortunately not provide specific delivery times. If you are unlikely to be at home during the specified hours, please provide an alternative address when ordering products.

Our delivery rates are R103.50 (inclusive of VAT) for orders under R750. Orders above R750 do not pay any delivery fee

Special orders, including free delivery, are subject to change. We reserve the right to amend any rates at any time, without giving any prior notice.

We only deliver in South Africa.
