Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, kindly contact GNF at info@genesisnutriforce.co.za within seven (7) days of receiving your products. Please specify the reason for the return.
Please address your return in the following way:
The return must be clearly marked with your name, and original purchase details and be sent to the following address:

If the returned product is not defective, faulty, or inconsumable, a refund will be considered.
Conditions for refund/replacement:
1. Products must be sealed, with induction seal and/or lid sleeve in place
2. Products must be in a condition to be resold with no damage to the container, lid, seal or label
3. Product must not be opened and in the original packaging
4. Products must be returned to GNF within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
If you believe the product to be faulty or defective, please contact info@genesisnutriforce.co.za.
A refund or replacement will only be issued if the product is indeed found to be faulty or inconsumable. Refund or replacement remains at sole discretion of GNF.
Warranty
We makes no representations whatsoever and gives no guarantees against latent or patent defects in respect of the Products, and all conditions and warranties whatsoever, whether implied or otherwise, are hereby expressly excluded.
We shall not incur any liability of whatever nature arising in contract or delict from any injury, loss or damage to any person or property arising from the use of the Products.
The Products supplied by Genesis Nutri Force (Pty) Ltd shall be suitable only for the purpose designed and intended and the Customer shall ensure the Products are handled, stored, used, or otherwise dealt with in a normal and proper manner, and where applicable, in a manner consistent with the instructions given by us.
No action or claim of whatever nature shall lie against Genesis Nutri Force (Pty) Ltd arising out of or in connection with any defects in, or unsuitability of, any Products.
Payflex Payment gateway
Orders processed through Payfast’s payment gateway adhere to Payfast’s refund policies and are unable to be refunded via electronic funds transfer, credit to an account, store credit or alternative methods.
